Situated in the popular Hinterland town of Palmwoods, the Palmwoods Aquatic Centre offers heated pools all year round. Whether you want to relax, increase your fitness or just have fun with the family this complex offers a variety of activities for you to choose from including their highly successful Learn to Swim program. They run classes for all age groups starting with little babies and including adults. If you are looking to improve your fitness then check out their Adult Fitness Squad or Aqua Aerobics classes.
